We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mid-Level DSP Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Direct Support Professionals in providing quality care.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mid-Level DSP Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Direct Support Professionals in providing quality care.
Schedule:
- Friday, Saturday, 10pm-6:30am and Sun 2pm-10:30pm
- $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Supervise and support DSP staff during assigned shifts
- Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and timekeeping
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards
- Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support
- Previous DSP and supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and assist with budgeting
