Job Summary

Job Description
- Plan, execute, and deliver marketing initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, digital programs, trade shows, and sales enablement materials.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, prioritize workloads, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with marketing teams, field sales, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates as needed.
- Develop, write, and produce marketing content, including one-pagers, brochures, presentations, guides, and other marketing materials.
- Provide copywriting and copy-editing support to ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and aligned with marketing objectives and brand standards.
- Oversee the development of creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Utilize graphic design tools to support content creation and creative execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies and vendor partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product managers, agronomists, and creative partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign and project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, project delivery processes, and operational efficiency.
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities and business needs.
Skills Required
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, or a related discipline.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Copywriting and copy-editing experience for marketing and sales content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with marketing communications processes and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with marketing project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and event planning preferred.
- Familiarity with design platforms beyond Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Understanding of the agricultural or ag-tech industry, including customer segments and seasonal marketing cycles, preferred.
- Experience supporting field sales teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, agile, and results-driven.
- Must be able to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
- Schedule: 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose which 3 days.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $31.29 to $39.29 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
