    Description

    Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal

     Location: New York, NY
     Schedule: Full-Time | On-site | Overtime required (evenings, weekends, holidays)

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, trial prep, and post-trial procedures.

    • Conduct cite-checking and verify legal sources, Bluebooking as needed.

    • Organize and manage case files and ESI, coordinate document production and review.

    • Utilize Relativity for document management (searching, coding, and exporting documents).

    • Draft and revise pleadings, discovery documents, and other litigation materials.

    • Conduct in-depth legal and factual research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other platforms.

    • Manage deposition prep, trial notebooks, exhibit binders, and court filings.

    • Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and outside vendors.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Experience & Education:

      • Bachelor's degree required.

      • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.

    • Skills:

      • Must have strong cite-checking capabilities.

      • Working knowledge of judicial and administrative procedures, litigation terminology, and court rules.

      • Proficiency in Relativity is a strong plus.

      • Familiarity with iManageMS WordExcelOutlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

    • Attributes:

      • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

      • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.

      • Proven team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
