    Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal – New York, NY

    Salary: Up to $105,000

    We are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal with at least 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have strong cite-checking skills, knowledge of judicial and administrative procedures, and experience handling complex litigation matters. Experience with Relativity is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, and document preparation.
    • Perform cite-checking and ensure compliance with The Bluebook citation style.
    • Manage electronic discovery (eDiscovery) processes, including document review, coding, and production.
    • File documents with Federal and State courts via e-filing systems.
    • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, and other databases.
    • Organize case files, maintain document databases, and track litigation deadlines.
    • Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
    • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and external parties.
    • Provide litigation support, including deposition preparation and trial assistance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
    • Strong cite-checking skills; familiarity with The Bluebook citation style.
    • Knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation processes.
    • Proficiency in Relativity (preferred) and legal research tools such as Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), iManage, and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
