Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney. Please read below for additional information. 

Role: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney
Locations: San Francisco, CA | Newport Beach, CA | Alexandria, VA | West Palm Beach, FL | Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Work Model: Hybrid
Experience Level: Upto 4yrs
Compensation: Approximately $175,000 Base (Flexible Based on Experience)
Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation | Regulatory Enforcement | Public Law | Administrative Law | Appellate Litigation

Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters
Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
Manage assigned cases with increasing independence
Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions
Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda
Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Required Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active State Bar membership (any state)
Up to 4 years of litigation experience
Experience handling matters in state and/or federal court
Experience drafting dispositive motions
Discovery management experience

Strong Plus: AmLaw/boutique, government/regulatory/appellate, clerkship experience
Preferred: California Bar admission
