A bit about us:

Our client is an established construction organization with a strong track record of delivering commercial construction projects. The company is known for its collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work from preconstruction through completion.

They are currently looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing construction organization and play a key role in the preconstruction process, working on projects from initial plans and specifications through final bid.

The ideal candidate understands that estimating is more than plugging numbers into a spreadsheet. It's about knowing what you're looking at, asking the right questions, understanding the market, and putting together a number the project team can actually build.

Why join us?

Our client offers Estimators the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the projects they pursue and the work they ultimately win.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Estimate a variety of commercial construction projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership
  • Take ownership of estimates from initial review through bid submission
  • Participate in the development of project budgets and bid strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and trade partners
  • Review plans, specifications, scopes, and contract documents
  • Identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become problems
  • Be involved in projects from the earliest stages of development
  • Work alongside an experienced construction team
  • Build your career with an established organization and growing project pipeline

If you enjoy dissecting a set of plans, finding the details everyone else missed, and getting a little too excited when your estimate comes together — you'll probably fit right in.
