    Description

    Role summary
    Mid-level specialist supporting acquisitions from planning through administration. Prepares and reviews packages, helps select and administer vehicles, and carries recurring administration with limited guidance. Functions independently on assigned work and feeds status and analysis to the government.

    Essential duties
    • Support acquisition planning, market research/analysis, RFPs/RFQs, evaluation inputs, and review of SOW/SOO/PWS.
    • Prepare or review pre-procurement packages; maintain work items and status of contractual actions.
    • Contribute to administration of IDIQs, BPAs, contracts, task/delivery/call orders, and purchase orders.
    • Use FFP, cost-reimbursable, LH, T&M, and similar types as assigned.
    • Assist with cost/price analysis, modifications, termination/default actions, and closeout (FAR 4.804).
    • Perform recurring contract administration with little to some guidance.
    • Resolve complex problems; validate data; support advertising, solicitation, award, and administration.
    • Prepare actions in e-Gov / acquisition systems; complete other acquisition-scope tasks assigned by the COR.
    Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years relevant experience or at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management, plus 5 years relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated mid-level contract specialist experience; knowledge of the FAR.
    • Experience using GSAR 538.71 (FSS), FAR 12, 13, 37, 43, and 4.804.
    • Knowledge and experience with IDIQs, BPAs, and task/delivery/call/purchase orders.
    • Ability to analyze assignments independently and give feedback to the government.
    • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and internet research skills.
    Compensation: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
