    Pay: $215,000.00 - $290,000.00 per year

    Location:

    Houston, Texas. This is an in-person opportunity for an attorney who enjoys collaborating closely with colleagues and being actively involved with the team and its cases.

    Job Description

    • Handle substantive legal research and analysis in support of complex commercial litigation matters.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
    • Analyze facts, legal issues, and case strategy with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
    • Coordinate research and document review projects with team leads and colleagues.
    • Manage assignments independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support teams.
    • Communicate clearly, respond promptly, and maintain strong organization in a fast-paced practice.
    • Contribute thoughtful analysis and practical solutions to challenging legal issues.

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor degree and active Texas Bar admission.
    • 2+ years of litigation experience
    • Strong legal research, writing, factual analysis, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Meaningful tenure and demonstrated stability at prior law firms.
    • Strong law school credentials.
    • Mock trial or moot court experience is a plus.
