Location:
Houston, Texas. This is an in-person opportunity for an attorney who enjoys collaborating closely with colleagues and being actively involved with the team and its cases.
Note:
To be considered, candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. We are especially interested in attorneys with meaningful tenure at prior firms, a strong law school background, and solid mid-level litigation experience.

Job Description
- Handle substantive legal research and analysis in support of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Analyze facts, legal issues, and case strategy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Coordinate research and document review projects with team leads and colleagues.
- Manage assignments independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support teams.
- Communicate clearly, respond promptly, and maintain strong organization in a fast-paced practice.
- Contribute thoughtful analysis and practical solutions to challenging legal issues.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and active Texas Bar admission.
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, factual analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Meaningful tenure and demonstrated stability at prior law firms.
- Strong law school credentials.
- Mock trial or moot court experience is a plus.
