    Capture Managers at SAIC are an integral part of the strategy and growth within a specific Business Group. The Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group has a broad pipeline of small and large opportunities across multiple technical areas and government agencies. This pipeline provides a diverse and interesting capture environment in many cutting-edge technology areas.. This candidate will lead strategy, Capture, and Proposal efforts for $3B+ pipeline of recompete, takeaway, and on-contract growth efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the experience and career path trajectory required to manage the full scope of business practices required to manage an opportunity pipeline, including opportunity identification and qualification, associated reviews and client management through opportunity close.

    Qualifications

    TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.

    Must be able to reference a portfolio of submittals and awards that include experience in all types of government contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus) and full array of capture strategies (re-competes, incumbent capture, sole source, etc.).

    A demonstrated sustained ability and reputation of winning complex, prime integration services or systems engineering contract awards with values over $50M that meets and exceeds challenging goals and quotas is required.

    Proven ability to lead complex capture effort and diverse teams to win new business.
