    Mid-level Business Process Analyst

    Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a mid-level Business Process Analyst to join the Paint/Coatings & Production Equipment Maintenance Team. The position is available in Berkeley, MO.

    As a Level 3 Business Process Analyst, you will serve as the leadership team’s focal for process development, process improvement and process management documentation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to document and design initiatives. A strong background in written and verbal communication will be key to success in this position. Key responsibilities to include gathering requirements, assisting in deploying solutions, and partnering with business teams on benchmarking studies and business case development.

    Key Responsibilities – Level 3

    • Facilitate cross-functional teams
    • Lead structured process/product meetings; prepare materials and communicate outcomes
    • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from process owners
    • Apply basic process, data, and application/system architecture principles
    • Influence and negotiate change; act as a change agent
    • Support strategic planning: research procedures, model workshops, and integrate initiatives
    • Plan/schedule work and contribute to programs, projects, and implementations
    • Estimate tasks and perform cost–benefit analysis
    • Coordinate reviews, assessments, and audits of process documentation as needed
    • Help develop process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools; support architectural compliance

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 3 years’ experience in project management methodologies and lean process principles
    • 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
    • 3 years’ experience in business professional written and oral communication.
    • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and quick to adapt to change
    • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
    • Experienced in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust
    • Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 2 years’ experience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
    • Proficient in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to senior leadership
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
    • 2 years’ experience with data synthesis and reporting
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

    Summary pay range: $89,250 - $120,750
