We are seeking a mid -level associate to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to any of our firm locations with a strong preference for our <\/span>Atlanta, Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices<\/i>. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills. <\/div>

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution and hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. <\/div>

Preferred experience: <\/div>
• <\/span>Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software -related technologies, including: <\/div>

Compensation<\/b>: Salary will range between $240,000 - $365,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
