The ICU RN provides specialized, patient-centered care to the critically ill and medically complex patients. The ICU RN uses advanced clinical judgement, continuous assessment, and evidence-based practice to recognize changes in patient condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and coordinate care with the in disciplinary team.
Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license . Current BLS and ACLS . If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
