What You’ll Do

• Provide direct, bedside nursing care for critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor and manage patient status with attention to rapidly changing clinical conditions
• Deliver evidence-based care for common MICU diagnoses, including respiratory failure and multisystem organ failure
• Perform and document nursing assessments, medication administration, and interventions using EPIC
• Support continuous patient monitoring, including telemetry-based observation when required
• Provide respiratory support care, including ventilator competency
• Coordinate care needs across the care team to help ensure safe and timely treatment

What You Need
Required

• 2+ years Medical ICU experience
• EPIC experience required
• AHA certifications only:BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Proficiency in IV starts
• Telemetry experience
• Competency with ventilators

Preferred

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation
