What Youll Do:- Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
- Utilize telemetry, ventilators, and other advanced equipment
- Perform procedures such as IV starts and manage externalized IV pumps for COVID+ patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team on complex multisystem cases including sepsis, respiratory failure, COVID, and post-cardiac arrest patients
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC system
What You Need:- Valid Ohio RN license and active certifications in BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA standards
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience with EPIC proficiency
- Strong skills in IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management
- Ability to handle complex critical care situations and specialized procedures
