- Experience: 2+ years in ICU or MICU setting

What Youll Do:- Provide expert nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in the MICU
- Monitor and manage patients with complex conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-operative care
- Administer medications, IV starts, and advanced treatments such as mechanical ventilation, pulmonary artery catheter placement, and CRRT
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC EHR system
- Respond promptly to acute patient changes and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:Required:- Ohio RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- 2+ years experience in ICU or MICU setting
- Proficient in vents, IV starts, computer charting (EPIC preferred)
Preferred:- Experience with pulmonary and gastrointestinal procedures
- Ability to handle complex patient cases with autonomy
