Position Location: Washington, DCWho are you?Security-cleared Professional: An active Top Secret security clearance is required for consideration.Education/Experience is important to us: You have a Bachelor's Degree with experience in the following:At least 5 years of experience in MicroStrategy Development (SDK preferred but not required).Experience with MicroStrategy's dynamic dashboard, report development, and project design: facts, attributes, hierarchies, aggregation, and portal integration.Experience with project planning, estimating, and approach definition.Experience reviewing and enhancing logical and physical database designs and optimization with the BI platform.Extensive experience with MicroStrategy schema definition, design, implementation, and maintenance.Worked with application objective development to include metrics, templates, and filters.Can configure, troubleshoot, and tun the Intelligence Server.Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy Security Administration.Has worked with client server applications and architectures.Has worked with relational structures, dimensional data modeling, SQL skills, Data Warehousing, and reporting techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders about technical and non-technical topics What we do:We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior MicroStrategy Developer to support a Federal Law Enforcement client. In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain MicroStrategy-based reporting and analytics solutions that support mission-critical business and technical needs. You will bring deep hands-on experience across the MicroStrategy platform, including dynamic dashboard and report development, schema design, object development and configuration, and security and access administration. You will partner with project leadership and client stakeholders to define technical approaches, estimate effort, plan delivery, and support solution design decisions. You will also apply strong knowledge of relational data structures, dimensional modeling, SQL, and data warehousing concepts to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable BI solutions.Develop and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, metrics, templates, filters, and related application objects.Design, implement, and maintain MicroStrategy schema objects and supporting application architecture.Review and improve logical and physical database designs to support BI platform performance and usability.Partner on project planning, estimating, and technical approach development.Apply SQL, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing expertise to support solution delivery.Troubleshoot platform, reporting, and data issues across the client-server environment.Support or adapt to adjacent BI and reporting tools as program requirements evolve.Mentor and support junior colleagues in the technical aspects of delivery.Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail, and curiosity in technical problem solving.Build strong relationships with client counterparts and respond to key issues in coordination with the broader team.What matters to you matters to us.Fusion Technology values its employees and works hard to ensure proper care for them and their families.
