Seeking a MicroStrategy Developer to support Wawa's Applied Marketing Analytics team by designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong MicroStrategy development experience, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to deliver production-ready BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview
Seeking a MicroStrategy Developer to support Wawa's Applied Marketing Analytics team by designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong MicroStrategy development experience, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to deliver production-ready BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MicroStrategy Dossiers, Reports, Dashboards, Documents, Metrics, Filters, and Prompts
• Design and manage MicroStrategy metadata, schema objects, hierarchies, facts, and semantic layers
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and cubes
• Partner with business analysts, product owners, and data engineers to translate business requirements into reporting solutions
• Validate and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot application, data, and performance issues across development, test, and production
• Support testing, deployments, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets
• Experience with relational/cloud databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Teradata
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred
• Prior consulting/contracting experience with the ability to ramp up quickly and work independently
