RedSky is seeking a Microsoft365 Engineer/Purview SME (TS/SCI) to support the overall mission of the Department of Defense (DoD) by focusing on knowledge management, information sharing, collaboration, data, business processes, and digital capabilities. This effort provides significant opportunities for an upcoming program.

Responsibilities:

As a Microsoft365 Engineer/Purview SME (TS/SCI), you will own the configuration, governance, and operational management of USSOCOM's Microsoft 365 tenant — with Purview as the centerpiece. As the top technical priority this is the single most important technical role in the USSOCOM Enterprise Knowledge Management program.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• ACTIVE TS/SCI or Full Scope Poly clearance
• Five (5)+ years of pragmatic Microsoft Purview implementation specific to sensitivity labels and information barriers, creating DLP policies retention labels and retention policies for M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and scanning data sources into Purview Data Map (SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure SQL, file shares; classification rules, data estate insights)
• Five (5)+ years administering Microsoft 365 in a DoD or Federal environment; preferably M365 GCC High and IL5/IL6 tenants
• Three (3)+ years proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID; user management, group management, app registrations
• Three (3)+ years of advanced comprehension of M365 licensing models (E3, E5, F1/F3, add-ons) AND ability to develop licensing roadmap preferably within budget constraints
• Three (3)+ years’ experience administering and managing tenant level policies across multiple classification levels (NIPR, SIPR, SCI)
• Three (3)+ years proficiency in PowerShell M365 administration
• Three (3)+ years’ experience assessing and implementing Copilot readiness and governance controls
• CompTIA Security+ certification
