Job Summary:

Seeking for a versatile and skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer leading the design, development, and governance of low-code automation solutions, as well as designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and databases. This position supports business automation initiatives while ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of SQL environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create automated workflows to enhance business efficiency and replace manual processes.
• Build and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and logic.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom connectors, data models, and forms for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Maintain documentation including design specifications, diagrams, and user guides.
• Follow best practices for environment strategy, security, ALM, and governance.
• Work with security roles, DLP policies, and administrative processes to ensure solution compliance.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL database structure and strong SQL skills.
• Experience integrating with databases and familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or RPA/Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or higher.
