Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Platform Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance, security, and administration across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop platform governance policies and standards.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Oversee Power Platform administration, security, and compliance.
- Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data retention policies.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate with executives and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft 365 administration, governance, or IT leadership experience.
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, security, and compliance.
- PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred.
