Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and manage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform strategy, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Oversee Power Platform administration, governance, and implementation of platform governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and retention policies.
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph integrations.
- Develop and enforce governance policies to control platform expansion and maintain operational sustainability.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise collaboration and digital transformation.
- Lead IT program management initiatives and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Support enterprise-wide collaboration, automation, analytics, and innovation.
- Preferred: PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications and experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
- Reports to Phoenix, AZ office as needed; mostly remote work model.
- Requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
