Roles & Responsibilities:

• Endpoint management roadmap, Target-state architecture, Governance & standards, Cloud-first Intune solutions
• SCCM/MECM to Intune migration, Hybrid AD to Entra ID transition, Windows Autopilot, Co-anagement, Cloud-native endpoints
• Security baselines, Compliance policies, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Endpoint hardening
• Discovery workshops, Architecture reviews, Technical recommendations, Roadmaps, Proposal support, Trusted advisor
• Design assurance, Implementation readiness, Risk & dependency management, Architecture documentation, Engineer & administrator mentoring Tools & Technologies.

Endpoint Management:

• Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Windows Update for Business

Identity & Security:

• Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, BitLocker
