    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Position Description

    We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule consisting of three (3) days each week onsite in Trenton, NJ and two (2) days each week remotely.

    We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the development, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM business solutions for a New Jersey state government agency.

    What You'll Do:

    Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using industry best practices

    Implement Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards, reports, and web resources

    Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM while maximizing the use of out-of-the-box functionality and minimizing custom code where appropriate

    Develop custom solutions utilizing C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, plug-ins, and the xRM framework

    Design, build, and support integrations using Dynamics CRM APIs, REST/ODATA services, SOAP endpoints, and related technologies

    Configure security models including business units, teams, security roles, and web roles

    Develop and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making

    Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics CRM application, integration, and performance issues

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions

    Analyze existing business processes and system functionality to improve operational efficiency and user experience

    Create functional and technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and support documentation

    Review existing data structures and design new data models to support evolving business requirements

    Evaluate and map legacy data for CRM migration initiatives

    Create test cases, execute testing activities, document results, and support user acceptance testing

    Partner with technical teams and project stakeholders to support application enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations

    Assist in the development of business cases, project documentation, and change management activities

    What You'll Need:
    Required:

    5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

    2+ years of experience configuring and developing custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

    Strong experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and/or Dynamics 365 CRM platforms

    Experience developing customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server

    Experience with Dynamics CRM APIs, REST/ODATA services, and SOAP endpoints

    Experience creating and registering custom plug-ins and add-ins within Dynamics CRM

    Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards, and security architecture

    Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM and xRM solutions

    Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform integrations, including SharePoint

    Experience with XrmToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, form scripting, and other Dynamics CRM development tools

    Experience troubleshooting application issues and optimizing system performance

    Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation skills

    Experience designing relational data models and supporting data migration initiatives

    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


    Preferred:

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar concentration

    Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service / Field Operations modules

    Experience developing custom workflows and advanced automation solutions

    Experience with enterprise CRM implementation or migration projects

    Experience creating complex SSRS reports and dashboards

    Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

    Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, quality, utilization management, or highly regulated business environments

    Experience leading workshops, training users, and facilitating solution design sessions

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

    Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

    Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
