Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Client Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 6 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Client Dynamics 365 CRM Online solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, C#, Power Automate, plugins, integrations, and CRM customization, along with experience building AI-powered solutions using Client Copilot Studio.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise CRM solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Client Dynamics 365 CRM Online solutions.
• Configure CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and workflows.
• Develop custom plugins, JavaScript, C#, and Power Automate flows.
• Design and implement Dataverse data models based on business requirements.
• Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Client Power Platform.
• Develop integrations using Power Automate, Connectors, REST APIs, and custom APIs.
• Create technical solution designs and high-level architecture documents.
• Support CRM solution deployments, ALM, and environment management across Development, UAT, and Production.
• Design and implement CRM security models and role-based access.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations.
• Build AI-powered agents and chatbots using Client Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Client 365 Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Conduct solution workshops with stakeholders and recommend best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 6 8 years of Client Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Dataverse.

• Knowledge of Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with Client Copilot for Dynamics 365, Client 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client Dynamics 365 Certifications:
  • PL-600
  • PL-200
  • MB-100 (or equivalent)
• AZ-900 (Client Azure Fundamentals) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud integrations.

Required Experience

• 6 8 years of Client Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience.
