Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
Location: Burbank CA
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of ERP consulting, implementation, and support experience. The role requires strong functional expertise across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and business process analysis, with hands-on involvement in requirements, configuration, testing, training, and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice solutions.
Configure Finance, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse modules.
Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and requirement specifications.
Coordinate customizations, integrations, data migration, SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation issue support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
Expertise in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and process mapping.
Experience in requirements, solution design, UAT, training, and documentation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
