    Must Have

    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and building/customizing Copilot Agents.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft connectors.
    • Experience developing REST API and MCP custom connectors in Copilot Studio.
    • Experience with CI/CD deployment processes within Power Platform.
    • Strong prompt engineering skills for designing effective, accurate, and context-aware Copilot Agents.
    • Experience integrating APIs, connectors, external systems, and enterprise data sources.
    • Experience with Copilot/AI governance, compliance, standards, and best practices in an enterprise environment.
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide enterprise-scale user support.
    • Experience monitoring adoption, usage, performance, and analytics, with the ability to present actionable insights.
    • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into AI use cases and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data visualization.
    • Proven experience supporting Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365 in an enterprise environment.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to independently drive Copilot adoption, enablement, and user engagement.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience delivering training and enablement sessions for Copilot Studio or AI tools.
    • Experience building and supporting AI communities of practice or user-led builder communities.
    • Experience partnering with business leaders, AI Advocates, and technical teams to scale AI adoption.
    • Experience administering and optimizing Copilot Studio platform performance.
    • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or AI-related technologies.
    • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert certification.
    • Experience with Jira/Agile tools.
    • Experience creating documentation, standards, communication campaigns, and best-practice materials for AI adoption.
