Microsoft Alliance Manager
Location: Dublin (UK & Ireland Market)
About the Role
Within the UK and Ireland, our Alliances team is growing quickly, with Microsoft at the centre of our ecosystem. We are looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager who thrives in a relationship-driven, fast-moving environment and is excited to help shape Slalom's presence across the Microsoft partner landscape.

Our ambition is to be the most impactful partner to Microsoft, and this role is key to making that a reality.
As Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will act as the face of Slalom to Microsoft in the market-building trusted relationships, driving joint go-to-market activity, and enabling our teams to succeed together. You will work at the intersection of sales, delivery, marketing, and partner teams, combining strategic thinking with strong execution to drive growth, pipeline, and long-term value.
What You'll Do
- Drive Alliance Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the Microsoft alliance strategy aligned with Slalom's market priorities and growth goals
- Set and drive key partner revenue targets, performance metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with practice leaders to develop go-to-market strategies aligned with Microsoft offerings
- Identifyand activate new areas of opportunity through account mapping and joint planning
Build and Strengthen Relationships
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with Microsoft stakeholders across sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams
- Act as the primary point of contact and ambassador for Slalom within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Proactively assess, clarify, and align Microsoft and Slalom priorities on an ongoing basis
- Represent Slalom externally in partner meetings, events, and communities
Enable Co-Sell & Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead and support co-sell motions, including pipeline development, deal coordination, and opportunity alignment
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives
- Work closely with global alliances, marketing, and operations teams to bring global strategy to life in-market
- Support partner enablement across the business, including training, certifications, and internal communication
Drive Operational Excellence
- Establish and manage rhythm-of-business activities such as QBRs, governance forums, and planning sessions
- Maintain strong operational rigour across pipeline tracking, reporting, dashboards, and partner scorecards
- IdentifyandleverageMicrosoft programs, incentives, and funding opportunities
- Track performance against KPIs and surface insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Lead Through Influence
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to align priorities and resources
- Bring energy, curiosity, and accountability to building and scaling the alliance
- Strengthen Slalom's brand and credibility within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For

Key experience and attributes include:
- Experience in partner management, alliances, technology sales, business development, or consulting
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including technologies, incentive programmes, and go-to-market motions
- Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level engagement
- Commercial acumen and experience managing pipeline, revenue targets, and growth initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with natural networking ability
- Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
