Basic Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant enterprise experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot services, Entra, and Teams admin dependencies.
• Strong skills in tenant configuration, access administration, and operational support.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Platform administration.
• Ability to manage and support Microsoft 365 environments effectively.
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Co work and Scout tools.
• Advanced knowledge of tenant administration and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Role and responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft AI Platform and related services.
• Configure and manage tenant settings and access controls.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.

Job description:

The AI Managed Services: Microsoft AI Platform Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration and support of Microsoft AI Platform services. This role requires a senior hands-on administrator with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 environments, particularly focusing on Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot services, and related tools. The successful candidate will manage tenant configurations, access administration, and provide operational support to ensure seamless platform performance.
