Job Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer with 7 to 11 years of IT infrastructure and Modern Workplace experience

The candidate will be responsible for administration support troubleshooting migration security and governance of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Entra ID Azure AD Intune and Security Compliance solutions The role requires strong technical expertise automation skills and experience working in enterprisescale environments

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenants

Manage Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive and Microsoft Teams

Handle user provisioning licensing mailbox management and access governance

Monitor M365 Service Health and resolve servicerelated incidents

Support hybrid environments involving onpremises and cloud platforms

Exchange Online

Mailbox creation migration retention and compliance management

Configure mail flow connectors transport rules and email security

Troubleshoot mail delivery and Outlookrelated issues

Manage shared mailboxes distribution groups and resource mailboxes

Teams Collaboration

Administer Teams policies meetings collaboration and governance

Support Teams integrations with SharePoint OneDrive and Power Platform

Troubleshoot Teams voice chat and meetingrelated issues

Drive Teams adoption and best practices

SharePoint OneDrive

Manage SharePoint Online sites permissions and content structures

Support OneDrive administration and data governance

Implement retention versioning and document management policies

Troubleshoot access synchronization and collaboration issues

Implement and manage

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 93,815.00 to 127,202.00 per year
