[About the Role]
Join Indotronix as a Microelectronics Assembly Inspector in Manassas, VA. In this hands-on, onsite position, you will be a vital part of the quality assurance process for advanced microelectronic modules used in cutting-edge technology. Working in a cleanroom environment, you'll collaborate with engineering and production teams, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
[Responsibilities]
- Inspect wafers, die, and modules with precision using high- and low-magnification microscopes
- Follow strict documented manufacturing processes and MES work instructions for quality and traceability
- Operate and support automated and semi-automated assembly equipment as part of the component assembly team
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet production targets and quality standards
- Maintain full compliance with cleanroom protocols and industry-leading quality practices
- Obtain and maintain required process certifications for inspection and manufacturing operations
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to support borderless manufacturing and career development
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 1-2 years of experience in detailed visual or microscope inspection in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Excellent hand dexterity and ability to perform inspections for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Willingness to learn new processes and acquire additional certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
[Preferred Skills]
- Prior experience in microelectronics assembly or cleanroom environments
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
