We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Supervisor for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Fort Mohave, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to step into or continue in a laboratory leadership role while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday day shift.

Position Details:

• Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
• Pay: $40–$52/hour
• Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200–$108,160

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science – required
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or NCCLS – required
• Strong microbiology laboratory knowledge
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the microbiology department
• Supervising and supporting laboratory staff
• Ensuring accurate, timely testing and quality standards
• Assisting with scheduling, training, competency assessments, and workflow
• Maintaining compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements
