Microbiology Lab Technician

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a Microbiology Lab Technician in Greensboro, NC.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing laboratory team. The position will focus on microbiological testing, sample preparation, aseptic techniques, quality control, media and reagent maintenance, recordkeeping, and general laboratory support.

Position Details

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Greensboro, NC
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Valid passport required
• Initial training will require travel to Canada
• Flight, hotel, and rental car expenses for training will be covered by the employer

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous microbiology laboratory experience
• 2+ years of lab experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with laboratory procedures
• Experience with aseptic techniques, microbiological testing, quality control, or sample preparation
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced laboratory environment
