Step Into Night-Shift Biomanufacturing
It’s 9:50 p.m. in Lincoln, Nebraska. You clock in, suit up, and join a team that turns living microbes into active biological ingredients used in regulated products. You don’t need lab experience to start—your curiosity, reliability, and hands-on know‑how are what matter. We’ll teach you the microbiology, the GMP rules, and the ropes of modern fermentation.
What a Night Looks Like
On third shift, you’ll monitor fermentors as cultures grow, document each step with precision, and keep equipment running smoothly. One hour you might prep media and inoculate; the next, you’re assisting with harvests, reading instrument results, or performing routine cleaning so the next run starts perfectly. When equipment hums, you verify; when a gauge looks off, you troubleshoot. All of it happens shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teammates who communicate clearly and follow SOPs to the letter.
