Can you place, solder, and rework tiny electronic parts while viewing through a 10X microscope? Can you shift seamlessly from coil winding to epoxy potting and then assist with tuning and leak testing? If your answer is no, this role isn’t the right fit. If it’s yes, read on.

We build RF and microwave assemblies in a high‑tempo manufacturing environment. This is not general assembly or warehouse work—it's hands‑on electronics production where process discipline and quality define success.

Your impact

• Assemble small electronic and RF subassemblies with exacting precision
• Rely on microscope‑based assembly and inspection to meet tight specs
• Perform hand soldering, rework, and hot plate reflow for through‑hole and SMT
• Carry out coil winding, plus shield and strap cutting
• Apply epoxy staking and conduct potting operations
• Contribute to electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation
• Execute to documented work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures
• Protect product integrity with clean‑bench habits and rigorous quality checks

What it takes

• Minimum 2+ years of electronics assembly experience
• Hands‑on micro‑assembly with small components
• Through‑hole and SMT soldering skill
• Microscope work experience (required)
• Strong manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to read assembly instructions, schematics, or blueprints
• Consistent attendance and team orientation

Stand‑out qualifications

• IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD certification
• Prior work in RF, aerospace, defense, or medical devices
• Experience with coil winding or epoxy potting
