Description

• The Traveling Superintendent will report directly to Project Leadership and oversee all field activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  • Lead daily site operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Drive project schedules and milestone completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain site safety and quality programs
  • Manage project documentation using Procore
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Engineers
  • Lead projects through final completion and turnover
  
  
  

Profile

You are an experienced Multifamily Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering projects from groundbreaking through final turnover. You enjoy leading field operations, driving schedules, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating teams to successfully complete large-scale residential developments.

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience preferred
• Experience managing at least two full-cycle ground-up projects
• Garden-style, podium, or similar multifamily experience preferred
• Strong Procore experience required
• Experience leading field teams and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to travel nationally for project assignments

• AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY

Job Offer

• • Base salary: $130,000 - $170,000
