* Manage Design-Build projects from preconstruction through final completion.

* Lead client, consultant, subcontractor, and internal project teams.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

* Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management.

* Ensure project safety, quality standards, and successful client outcomes.

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC.

* Experience delivering Design-Build construction projects.

* Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
