Description

As a High- End Commercial Super | Manhattan, NY, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from project kickoff through final turnover.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and project sequencing.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate activities among all trades.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, architects, and ownership teams.
• Manage projects in occupied buildings while minimizing disruption to tenants.

Profile

A successful High- End Commercial Super | Manhattan, NY should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial interiors general contractor.
• Proven experience delivering office fit-outs, tenant improvements, corporate interiors, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of Manhattan construction logistics and occupied-space renovations.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and aggressive project schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$50M+ preferred.

Job Offer

• Permanent Commercial Superintendent position in New York.
• Salary range of $140,000 to $170,000.
