* Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and site management

* Coordinate subcontractors and construction activities on site

* Monitor quality, safety, and schedule compliance

* Support site logistics planning and project execution

* Maintain project documentation and progress reporting

Exposure to the full project lifecycle Long-term pipeline through 2027+

* Experience as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent

* Ground-up construction experience preferred

* Multifamily or commercial project experience is advantageous

* Strong work ethic with a desire to grow into field leadership

* Effective communication and coordination skills
