Assistant Project ManagerAssist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail construction projects. Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management. Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project records and reporting. Help manage project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation. Proven experience working on retail construction, renovation, or fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and documentation. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
