Assistant Project Manager

Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial interior construction projects. Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Help manage project costs and support financial tracking against budgets. Attend site meetings and assist with project closeout activities. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. Support the resolution of project challenges to maintain schedules and client expectations.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of construction project management or assistant project management experience. Experience working on commercial interiors, workplace fit-out, tenant improvement, or corporate office construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Driven, proactive, and eager to develop a long-term career in construction project management.
