Job Summary

Supervisors in this role provide practical guidance through case review, documentation support, ethics discussion, and clinical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and case review
• Help supervisees develop strong clinical judgment
• Follow North Carolina licensing and supervision standards
• Maintain professional supervision communication and records

Requirements

• Active North Carolina clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must meet North Carolina requirements to provide supervision
• Prior supervision experience preferred
