    Job Overview

    Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities to enhance productivity, automation, process capability, and new product introduction. Partner with operations and quality teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
    • 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong experience in automation, process development, and industrialization projects.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience supporting new product launches and factory transformation initiatives.
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
    • Good command of English.

    • Strong expertise in automation, process optimization, and productivity improvement.
    • Experience implementing Lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs.
