    About the role

    The Engagement Manager is the go-to person who ensures that our contractors (associates) are properly onboarded and supported at our clients. This individual will ensure that the candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruiting process, onboarding, and the duration of their time working with us.     What you'll be doing

    • Recruiting qualified candidates for our clients through sourcing and hiring events, and guiding them through the onboarding process
    • Educating associates about client policies and procedures, and ensures onsite staff are compliant
    • Answer basic associate questions around human resources, payroll and operations, and/or directing them to the proper resources
    • Make a certain number of associate "touch points" every week, tracking and processing redeployment and offboarding as needed
    • Engage with associates and foster professional relationships through formal and informal feedback to identify ways to create better associate satisfaction and retention
    • Seek opportunities for improving the program while meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
