Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Flex
Pay: $43.25 - $69.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assists with developing specific departmental quality goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Manages QA/QI initiatives to drive department clinical improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: IF RN: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing - OR-
IF PARAMEDIC: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor''s degree in related field.
Required Licensure/Certification: IF RN: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) - OR - IF PARAMEDIC: Within 1 year: National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Paramedic (NREMT-NRP). Within 90 days: Colorado EMT-P certification. REQUIRED OF BOTH: BLS and ACLS.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
