Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for complex semiconductor and industrial manufacturing equipment.
This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical system architecture, power distribution, controls, equipment safety, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have prior people-management experience and a demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, develop technical talent, manage key suppliers, and drive cross-functional programs from concept through product release.
The role requires effective collaboration with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders to align technical strategies, communicate risks, influence decisions, and deliver solutions that improve product performance, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.

Working knowledge of relevant electrical and semiconductor equipment standards, including:

Understanding of industrial communication protocols, including:
RS-232
RS-485
EtherCAT
Industrial Ethernet
Knowledge of electrical documentation, configuration control, design release, validation, and product lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with electrical design and documentation tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent platforms.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
