    Job Description:

    Range: $49.45- $78.43

    Responsible for managing the Radiology Services at Palomar Health. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of care, quality of programs and their delivery, and insuring the department financial viability. Responsible for technical resource utilization to inpatients, outpatients and emergency patients in the departments of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, CT, Interventional Radiology and Ultrasound. Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. Knowledge of standard office equipment (i.e., calculator, fax, photocopier) and personal computer and computer software skills (i.e., MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, internet, e-mail).     Job Requirements

    Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure

    Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

    Preferred Experience:  5 years in Diagnostic Imaging Services
    years supervisory experience

    Preferred Experience:  10 years Diagnostic Imaging services experience
    years management experience

    Required Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Nuclear Medical Technology (NMT) or ARMRIT
    merican Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider

    Preferred Certification: Not Applicable
