Responsibilities:

Summary:

The Contract Administration and Compliance Manager provides support to the Director of Contract Administration and Compliance and manages daily contract administration.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Contract Administration and Compliance Manager oversees processing of contract modifications.
  • Provides approval of initial contract invoices. 
  • The Contract Administration and Compliance Manager manages and tracks contract deductions and awards.
  • Manages and tracks the contract renewal process.
  • The Contract Administration and Compliance Manager oversees the financial components within the Contract Administration database for contracts and options and the historical documentation about them.
  • Monitors contracts to ensure financial obligations under agreements are being met in accordance with the contract requirements.
  • The Contract Administration and Compliance Manager reviews proposals and new contracts (e.g. staffing/wage determinations, expansions, CPI increases, per diem adjustments, and performance awards/fees).
  • Processes amendments, modifications, requests for adjustments (REAs), SF1444s, and Task Orders prior to submission for approval.
  • Contributes to reviewing small business, sub-contracting, and contract reporting requirements.
  • Organizes relevant information regarding client requests for senior managers and executives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with (2) two years of progressive experience in a related field. Education and experience may be combined at the discretion of management. 
  • Excellent usage of spreadsheet and databases.
  • Ability to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally to others.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be organized and able to work on several tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
Pay: Pay USD $87,500.00/Yr. Bonus (if applicable): 5%
