Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.   What You'll Do:   * Oversee the management and development of a customer base across US territories * Manage and lead a team of driven sales representatives - providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients * Sell into the aquatic vegetation markets * Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management - identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions * Collaborate to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends * Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to motivate and develop sales teams * Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and generate leads * Lead and perform work the Nutrien Way - engaging in corporate, policies, programs, and practices, including SHandE regulations and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life * Perform other related duties, as required   What You'll Bring:   * Bachelor's degree in agronomy, weed science, or related discipline required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree * Proven track record of success in sales management, with...
