MFT Engineer IBM Sterling (SFG / B2Bi) Trading Partner Onboarding

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) for partner onboarding and file exchange configuration
  • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) for workflow and routing setup
• Ability to work across: Trading partner configuration, Routing and delivery setup and Workflow execution within Sterling ecosystem.
• Practical experience in navigating Sterling components, logs, and configuration layers.
• Ability to troubleshoot failed transfers, routing issues, and configuration gaps within Sterling.
• Demonstrated experience owning complete onboarding lifecycle, including: Requirement interpretation, Partner setup and configuration, File routing and delivery setup and Validation and production readiness.
• Ability to Translate incomplete or ambiguous onboarding requirements into working configurations.
• Experience with both simple pass-through setups and moderately complex onboarding scenarios.
• Strong working knowledge of: SFTP, Connect:Direct.
• Understanding of Inbound and outbound file flow orchestration and Endpoint configuration and connectivity setup.
• Hands-on experience in: Mapping file flows between external partners and internal applications, Validate and troubleshoot delivery paths end-to-end and Dependencies between file receipt, processing, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of: PGP / GPG encryption within MFT workflows. Configure encryption and decryption in file transfer setups. Manage key association and configuration within Sterling
• Strong experience in Manual end-to-end validation of file transfer setups.
• Familiarity with Okta and LDAP based authentication concepts.
• Experience working in High-volume onboarding environments. Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities in parallel.

• Exposure to automation of onboarding or configuration processes.
• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and file routing design
• Prior experience in regulated environments such as healthcare
