Regular Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Training: 1st Shift for approximately 2–3 weeks
Training Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and plant equipment. Works with electrical, electronic, mechanical, optical, and vacuum systems to maintain reliable equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and plant equipment.
· Locate and diagnose equipment failures.
· Replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting.
· Use: Hand and power tools, Electronic test equipment, Schematics and diagrams, Engineering drawings and prints, Manuals and specifications
· Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs.
· Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems.
· Gather, maintain, and analyze technical data.
· Perform mathematical calculations using established procedures.
· Support production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, and process improvement activities.
· May redesign or modify optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for existing equipment.
· May estimate labor/equipment costs and prepare requisitions.
· Identify opportunities to improve equipment and work processes.
· Provide guidance and assistance to new or entry-level employees.
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Basic knowledge of maintenance systems, techniques, and procedures.
· Ability to read and interpret: Schematics, Diagrams, Drawings, Prints, Specifications, Manuals
· Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
· Experience using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
· Ability to interpret technical information and make appropriate decisions.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work with moderate supervision.
· Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Education & Experience
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
· Vocational or technical education/certification may be required in addition to work experience.
